Strategy means everything

In the modern world of business and management we use a posh word not every day ,but every single second. Strategy is a posh word and also might be a sexy word just like MBA. What is strategy? if you have time just have a look on Internet and survey some different articles in politic,management, economy etc and you can find this buzzy word. Strategy is direction and scope of an organisation over the long term which achieves competitive advantages in a changing environment through a configuration of resources and competencies with the aim of fulfilling stakeholder expectation.If you are looking for managing strategical you should go for three main steps: First is about your understanding the strategic position of your organisation which we call it strategic analysis(cover it later),second step is about your organisation's future and making strategic choices for the future and finally is about strategic implementation and ensure strategies are working properly. Strategy has created a new horizon for managers who are looking for improvement. In near future i will explain these three steps.Business without strategy means running in a competition but not on the right road.
