Strategic Plan

According to the post about the Strategy,now we know what is the strategy and how to manage our organisation. In this post we would like to talk about a strategic plan. In a successful organisation we know our direction and scope which is our strategy, now we need a proper plan to approach. A good strategy plan states: mission,goals and objectives. However these three concepts are not enough and we need to analyse our environment which we call it environmental analysis(Macro trends and focused issues about customers and competitors and etc with clear implementations. Moreover we need a logical analysis of our organisation to know where we are. We do recommend to use SWOT, PESTEl ,etc analysis (you could find about different type of analysis in near future). Now you have your environment analysis, your organisation analysis , your missions ,goals and objectives , don't forget your resources such as Financial , income , cash flows,balance sheets ,human resources and etc .Now it is the right time to relate these aspects to have a spectacular strategic plan.We make the rules ......................
