Sir Alan in The Apprentice

If you are living in England and have paid for your TV licence, you definitely have watched "The Apprentice" on BBC1-2-3-4-5 and other channels. This is a real challenging TV programme which has many management concepts and you can easily observe and learn them, however sometimes you can not predict Sir Alan's decision. Yes this is Sir Alan's TV programme, a famous millionaire, entrepreneur and broadcaster who has the 92nd position in the Sunday Times Rich list2008.
Sir Alan Michael Sugar was born on 24 March 1947 in London and now has accumulated an estimated fortune of £830m. He is a successful technology businessman; his wealth now derives from his property portfolio, rather than business ventures. This is my grand grandfather's advice to his sons, if you want to be a rich man just invest in property, anyway this post is not about my family’s advices, it is about “The Apprentice”.
Sir Alan challenges a group of 16 aspiring tycoons. “The Apprentice” is like a battle for them; they have to show their abilities and skills in different tasks to convince Sir Alan to stay in the show, but after each task one of them has to leave the show and get fired. Next week is the final session and one of four will be Sir Alan’s new apprentice. To be honest I admire his character as a manager but sometimes he passes rudeness and wants to kill the person and destroy his or her character ,why ?because he has power in to choose people? Watch this episode on the youtube and you will find what I mean.
